1.
A provisional booking date may be made by telephone and will be held for seven days pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate.

 A deposit of $150 (£100) per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit will not be refundable.

 Upon payment of the outstanding balance, the client is required to pay a refundable security/breakage deposit of $300 (£200). The deposit is then refunded to the client no later than thirty days after vacating the property and returning the keys and subject to no breakage's or damaged caused.

 We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the outstanding balance is not paid by the due date, which is 8 weeks prior to departure.

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: -

  • 6-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total rental charge.
  • 4-6 weeks prior to departure 75% of total rental charge.
  • Less than 4 weeks 100% of total rental charge.

All cancellations must be made in writing by the signatory that appears on the official booking form.

 We cannot accept/be responsible nor are liable in respect of loss, damage or charges caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods. airport closure or adverse weather conditions).

 The owners reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any booking at any time at their discretion.
9.
 The property has a swimming pool, the owners and owner's agents do not accept liability for injury, howsoever caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not allow unsupervised children to use the pool, which is around 6ft at its deepest point.
10.
 The owners do not accept liability for the loss of main services, such as electricity or water supplies, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of main services.
11.
 Clients may gain access to the Property after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.
12.
 Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay on the premises.
13.
 The villa is licensed and conforms to Florida State and county rental codes regarding fire and security procedures.
14.
 Any problems that arise should be reported immediately to the US Property Management Company.
15.
 The villa is only available for family bookings.
16.
 Guests are required to have appropriate travel/holiday insurance in force for the period of their trip and details must be forwarded no later than 4 weeks prior to departure.
17.
 All information was correct at the time of printing. However, of the components of the facility and it is possible that an advertised facility may be withdrawn or changed due to circumstances beyond their control and for which the owners accept no liability.
18.

The singular shall include the plural and the masculine the feminine and where plural, all agreements shall be construed as joint and several.
